When logged into your Live account in the MT5 desktop app, go to the "File" dropdown menu and select "Withdrawal".
Select the account you want to withdraw from, click on three dots and select "Withdrawal" from the drop-down list.
Enable 2FA if you haven't done so yet.
Type the amount to withdraw, your 2FA code generated by the 2FA app, and click "Confirm".
Select the payment method/channel (tip: payment channels may differ depending on the cryptocurrency you withdraw).
Type your wallet address.
For safety reasons, PrimeBit sends you an email to confirm your new wallet address.
Go to your mailbox and open the email "Please verify your withdrawal address". If it's not there, check spam and other boxes (such as "Updates", "Promotions", or "Social" tabs).
Click on the "Verify address" button.
It will redirect you to PrimeBit WebTrader with a confirmation pop-up visible.
Once the withdrawal request is processed, you will receive an email notification. Usually, the transactions are processed quickly, but depending on the network load, it may take up to 24 hours.
You can check the current status of your withdrawal by clicking on 3 dots and selecting "Withdrawals history" from a dropdown list.
Click on the downside arrow to view the details of your withdrawal request.
You can click on tx to view your transaction's status on the blockchain.
