When logged into your Live account in the MT5 desktop app, go to the "File" dropdown menu and select "Withdrawal".
Transfer funds from the trading account to the wallet using 'Internal Transfer'.
Next, click the 'Withdraw' button and enable 2FA if you haven't done so.
Select the payment method/channel (tip: payment channels may differ depending on the cryptocurrency you withdraw), type or paste your wallet address and fill out the withdrawal amount.
Enter the 2FA code and confirm your withdrawal.
For safety reasons, PrimeBit sends you an email to confirm your new wallet address.
Go to your mailbox and open the email "Please verify your withdrawal address". If it's not there, check spam and other boxes (such as "Updates", "Promotions", or "Social" tabs).
Click on the "Verify address" button.
It will redirect you to PrimeBit WebTrader with a confirmation pop-up visible.
Once the withdrawal request is processed, you will receive an email notification. Usually, the transactions are processed quickly, but depending on the network load, it may take up to 24 hours.
You can check the current status of your withdrawal by navigating to 'Operations history'.
Click on your withdrawal to see its details and current status.
You can copy the TxID (TX) to view your transaction's status on the blockchain.
